Most items are handmade to order, so please allow 3 weeks for dispatch (though we may occasionally have stock ready to send immediately).

If you require something for a specific date, contact us and we can advise on timeframe and whether a rush order is possible. 

You will receive notification of shipment by email.

Flat rate of £5.00 for all items. Everything is posted Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All items arrive in Behind Bracken branded packaging. If you would like the item gift wrapped we would love to do so, please enter it into your message to seller at checkout.
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order.

RETURNS

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your delivery date for an online purchase, or pick up date for in person purchases.

In the unlikely case of damage and breakages, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Behind Bracken cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.

Purchases that are exempt from our refund and exchange policies:

  • Commissioned and bespoke items

  • Items that have been customised

  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons

When returning an item please email us with your order number and a reason for return. Once this information has been received and acknowledged you must return the item within 28 days of your original order date, in the condition it was sold - unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging - with your order number and name. We will contact you as soon as the item has been received and your refund will be issued.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any returned items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
